The Popular Show Campaign 4 Reveals the Soldiers Table

From the very beginning of Campaign 4, new Dungeon Master Brennan Mulligan has kept viewers on edge with rich lore, a diverse cast of characters, and a gripping narrative including divine entities, fiends, and dark forces growing in influence within Dol-Makjar.

Note: Revealing details for the latest installment of this adventure follow below.

The Soldiers Table Revealed

The third episode ended with a huge suspense moment and presented the premier party of characters who will branch out from the primary party to begin their separate journey, separate from the additional parties.

This warrior group consists of Teor (portrayed by the voice actor), the nimble rogue (Laura), the fierce warrior (Whitney Moore), Wicander (Sam), and the mysterious adventurer (the actor).

Dividing the Cast

With a large ensemble, it was obvious from the start that keeping everyone at one table would be unworkable.

This explains, the opening chapters of Campaign 4 serve as an Prelude, weaving together the characters’ stories before dividing into three distinct groups: Warriors, Schemers, and Explorers.

The Nature of the Combat Party

According to the Dungeon Master, the warrior group is for participants who are drawn to a typically action-packed fight-heavy gameplay experience where diplomatic options are rare.

Upon first impression, characters like the hesitant healer Wicander Halovar might appear out of place, but the events of episode 3 show why these five characters are best suited for the combat party.

Reasons to Leave

First, the party has a clear idea where to proceed after a brutal opening clash with The Crow Keepers.

An old friend of the deceased character—whose death initiated the narrative’s action—manipulated the foes for his selfish purposes, breaking into Thjazi’s hideout, striking the character, and swiping all the enchanted items to dispose of.

The antagonist then paid off his liabilities and escaped to a fortified location in the remote area, above Dol-Makjar, with Cyd Pridesire close behind.

Individual Reasons

Moreover, each member has a individual motive to leave the city Dol-Makjar:

  • The agile hero, as the close ally and closest confidant, desires retribution.
  • The adventurer knows the region and warns that it is a nasty environment.
  • Tyranny and The healer, having defied his relatives’ demands to kill the target and instead saved him, have nowhere else to go.
  • However, their status as important members in the powerful family could help the team enter places they normally couldn’t.
  • Additionally, The fighter vowed a eternal obligation to Wicander for his deliverance and will now accompany him everywhere.

Fugitives

Lastly, all of them are sought by the powers that govern the city for a range of causes, making staying in the city no longer safe:

  • The rogue and The character are known criminals.
  • The warrior and The cleric defied the influential house and the army of fiends they are aligned with.
  • The fighter is wanted dead by the family.

This means them little choice but to head to the remote area in pursuit of Casimir.

Future Episodes

From the recent installment’s Cooldown, we discover that the warrior group will be absent the following episode, leaving the rest of the cast members to assemble the Questers and Schemers tables.

Fans can look forward to discovering which characters will be in which group in the season’s concluding setup installment, released on October 24.
